The Herzliya Marina is the largest marina in the Middle East, with a large yacht harbor of about 800 berths. The Marina is located on the south side of Herzliya and boasts a beautiful promenade, a variety of restaurants and cafes and the elegant Arena shopping mall, all of which contribute to the resort atmosphere. In addition, the Marina has sailing schools offering sport training, and a busy shipyard.
In the Marina one can find prestigious residential projects with breathtaking views of the Marina and the Mediterranean. Currently there are five projects in the marina: the Island, Okeanos Marina, Marina Village, Marina Towers and the Laguna. Two more projects that are under construction combine holiday apartments and hotels: the prestigious Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Blue Marine Project, managed by the Canada-Israel group.
Of some 800 apartments in the Marina, approximately 250 are exempt from rental obligation. In the Marina, apartments range between two to five rooms in size, including garden apartments and penthouses, some of which can be rented for long or short term.
