Situated between the coastal highway to the west, the train rail to the east and Herzliya Bet to the south, Kfar Shmaryahu is home to approximately 1,000 families and is one of Israel’s most prestigious areas. Originally a farming village, over time Kfar Shmaryahu has evolved into a more residential community with a rural charm. Most lots are between 1 – 1.5 dunams in size but due to Kfar Shmaryahu’s agricultural roots, one can also find larger lots, 3 – 7 dunams in size, a rare luxury in Israel.
Kfar Shmaryahu is characterized by spacious villas and large tracts of land interspersed by a large park that runs through the center of the village. There is an active cultural center that hosts many performances from Tel Aviv, as well as a community center and sports club with a community swimming pool. Kfar Shmariyahu attracts many upscale residents who appreciate its peaceful, well-maintained, country atmosphere
