Anglo Saxon Herzliya Pituach Awarded for Excellence for 2016 – Again!

Throughout the years, the office and its staff won the Anglo-Saxon Excellence Award several times. This year, the Herzliya Pituach branch’s realtors won the award yet again for their accomplishments.
So, what is the formula for an Anglo-Saxon branch and its employees to be successful?
We’ve interviewed Eytan Blumberg, Owner and CEO of “Anglo-Saxon Herzliya Pituach”, the longest running and well-known agency in Israel with over 50 years in the business and a reputable brand in the realm of real-estate marketing and consulting.

Eytan: “The team at Anglo-Saxon is highly professional and experienced in working together as one, with each team member specializing in something different and brining it all to the table together. The Anglo-Saxon location in Herzliya Pituch is a boutique branch. An intimate office catering to a high-end clientele in a relatively small area. The size of the office and the area’s characteristics dictate the way we work and create a personal, professional and discreate relationship with the clients and property owners.”
Growing the office and moving to the Daniel hotel, you must be looking for new agents – what are the criteria that guide you when choosing new additions to your team?
Eytan: “I believe that a good real-estate consultant has determination, self-discipline and an ability to work independently while also working in a team, identifying the needs around them; has excellent interpersonal communication skills and is capable of leading and controlling the purchasing process from start to finish.”
It’s important to highlight – the agent has the professional autonomy and freedom to initiate while also being part of a professional team. Therefore, being able to work together as part of a team is crucial to one’s success and is at many times amplifies power to succeed.”
In what are the Herzliya Pituach agents different than agents in other large firms?
Eytan: “Our field of expertise, Herzliya Pituach, Herzliya Bet, Kfar Shemaryahu and Nof Yam is a relatively small area with around 5,000 homes. The personal level plays an important part of the work and the deep knowledge of the area and the human tapestry is crucial. Therefore, the service element is of great importance. Our consultants not only know the area in which they work but are also an inseparable part of it.”

What are the growth opportunities your office offers its team members?
Eytan: “There is always room for professional and personal growth, for example,
Snapir Erez, Managing Partner and Head of the Commercial Department, a longtime member of the Anglo-Saxon family and manager of the commercial department for 20 years. Snapir gained much knowledge and experience in the field and is today a renowned commercial real-estate expert in the Herzelia Pituach business district. Snapir became a partner in the commercial department 7 years ago and won first place in commercial revenue for 2016, receiving an acknowledgement in the Anglo-Saxon Annual Ceremony for 2016.
Eytan, in your view, what do you think is the right formula of maintaining stability in your office and cultivating a winning team for so many years?
“First, our unique work environment that combines a lively team with a warm family atmosphere, social evenings, joint trips in Israel and abroad and more. In addition, our ability to provide our agents with all of the keys necessary to succeed, whether it is experience, professional knowledge advertising and marketing tools – all to their disposal. “
As mentioned, after any years in De-Shalit Square, the branch moved to the prestigious Daniel Hotel. This is a meaningful change, providing the team a lucrative and pampering work environment; there is no doubt that the combination of these things allows us to maintain and secure solid foundations and a team that enjoys working as one.
We are currently recruiting agents for various new and existing departments in order to keep up with growing demands.”
